The lagoon is good for waters sports and special for fishing competition. From this 3 bed roomed property will see nothing but blue crystal waters, hillsides with cork-trees and a pair of sweet orange trees. This country house has a gorgeous view over lagoon and is part of a property with 2 detached houses: owners house-which some exterior facilities may be used by guests- and the renting house. In 2009 was build a private pool sized  11mx4,5m, providing a more nice and pleasant holiday stay for its guests. Inside property you have also 2 small lakes- perfect for children utilization-, car parking for 3 cars, 1 ground shadowed area next to barbecue. For children safety purpose the entire property is protected from the artificial lagoon by a metallic wire netting fence 2m high. For children protection Pool area is fenced by 1,1m high wall with locker and pool is 70cm over floor. The country house is within walk distance from Benavila village center, where you may find facilities like restaurant, grocery, bakery and café. All bedrooms are nicely decorated and have private shower, hair dryer, electric radiator heating and TV. The property has cot facility for those couple with babies. The bedroom access is made by exterior corridor covered by a flower shadow. Kitchenette and dining/living room are placed on the same shared area, and are typically decorated with wood-stove facility. According to your party size, it's possible to rent all the bedrooms or just one/two bedrooms (except in July & August season).
